25 years in leading positions at national and international logistics service providers, always busy at the borderline between IT, operations , and project management , have shown me that success largely depends on the collaboration of various specialists. Systems, processes, material flow, service levels, and all kinds of requirements must be coordinated in such a way that they can be executed by employees in their daily operations. With increasing complexity in recent years, this has not become any easier.

Today’s logistics operations generate a vast amount of data . However, this data is often only used for tracking and tracing. Frequently, there is a lack of intuitive access to the data. During my studies in mathematics, we already dealt with exploratory data analysis. The data was examined from various perspectives in an intuitive way.

And that closes the loop to the flumiq Ltd. With my growing team, I aim to make logistics data accessible and tangible, providing analysis tools that empower decision-makers to make the right decisions . Additionally, I want to create a platform that fosters dialogue between process planners, material flow planners, system developers, and operators, where everyone can find themselves in the data and visualizations.
